Self-exclusion is a voluntary customer-protection control. While it is active, you cannot trade or make NADD deposits or withdrawals. A fixed period cannot end early. If you choose indefinite exclusion, you may later request reinstatement; the restriction stays active during a 24-hour cooling-off period and until compliance approves it.
